Terms & Conditions

The Wedding Hand is committed to supporting all our brides and grooms, to do this there are terms that we enter into with all our clients in mind.

You can find everything you need to know about The Wedding Hand and our services on our website. We also confirm the key information to you in writing when we have our initial welcome call. 

When you agree to work with The Wedding Hand you agree to:

  1. Take ownership of planning your wedding

  2. Make every effort to be on time to sessions 

  3. Complete the actions set in our sessions 

  4. Commit to owning and updating your plans and templates 

  5. Be open, honest and transparent

Our Commitment:

  1. Confidentiality, anything you share will remain between us, and not go any further

  2. Listening, we will listen to everything you have to say

  3. Non-Judgemental, there’s no silly ideas here! 

  4. Advice will only be given where you want it 

  5. We will challenge you 

  6. You’ll be held to account for your actions

  7. We will provide the initial budget template, and tailor to your needs

  8. We will provide the initial project plan template, and tailor to your plans

  9. We will adhere to the coaching code of ethics

Changes to Services 

Any changes to the services can be made by The Wedding Hand, we will always inform you of these amendments via email, we commit to these being changed to the benefit of our clients.

Question Response Time 

The Wedding Hand endeavours to respond to questions on Wedding Plans (when tagged correctly) and via email within 1 week. This is subject to annual leave, absence and sickness. 

Unexpected Incidents 

Where unexpected events happen, outside of The Wedding Hand’s remit, they cannot be held responsible. For example, a wedding dress not being ready in time, a supplier not arriving at the wedding or suppliers not delivering the expected standard. 

Undesirable Outcomes

You are taking charge of planning your wedding, finding actions and solutions that fit the wedding that you want to create. The Wedding Hand's advice should not be taken alone, reviews from experts should also be considered. You therefore take ownership of negative outcomes from actions you take. 

Feedback 

If you have feedback, suggestions or amendments for The Wedding Hand, this is welcomed and will support the relationship and journey.

Coaching 

You must be aware that the coaching is in no way to be construed as psychological counselling or any type of therapy. Coaching results are not guaranteed. You enter into the coaching with the full understanding that they are responsible for creating their own results.

Additional Sessions

Additional sessions can be added for you or the wedding party at the costs outlined in the contract. Partners can join any sessions where it would be helpful to join, this is at your disgression.  

Client Concerns

If The Wedding Hand ever say or do anything in a session that you do not feel comfortable with or if you have any concern with the way we are working, they must inform The Wedding Hand as soon as possible. For our work together to be effective, you must be honest with The Wedding Hand.  

Goodwill Hand

The Wedding Hand has a goodwill guarantee, where services provided that don’t live up to the expectations from the client, where feasible an agreement of refund will be discussed. 

This goodwill guarantee does not affect your legal rights if there is something wrong with your service, you have 14 days to change your mind and must inform The Wedding Hand via email. 

Contract

You will agree to payment terms and contractual terms before starting work with The Wedding Hand.
