How it Works
1. Getting to know you
Around four months before your wedding, we begin working closely together. Our first meeting is a chance for me to get to know you both, understand your plans and begin building a clear picture of your wedding as a whole. We also talk through any challenges or uncertainties, with thoughtful coaching to help you feel clear, supported and confident in the decisions ahead.
2. Venue walkthrough
We meet in person at your venue, walking through the spaces together to understand how the day will flow and feel from beginning to end. Being there allows us to consider timings, transitions and the guest experience in a way that brings clarity to every detail, while I coach you through decisions as they arise, ensuring everything feels intentional, cohesive and fully aligned with your vision.
3. Shaping the details
In our next online meeting, we focus on bringing everything together. We work through your plans in detail, addressing any questions or challenges and making clear, confident decisions. This is where I gain a deeper understanding of your priorities, the finer details and the elements that matter most, ensuring every detail is understood and everything is aligned ready for the day itself.
4. Final details & preparation
Closer to the wedding, we meet again to carefully bring everything together. Every detail is reviewed with intention, with space to resolve any remaining questions and ensure nothing has been overlooked. Your timeline is thoughtfully refined, your suppliers are fully briefed and a detailed behind the scenes guide is prepared, so everything feels clear, aligned and ready for the day ahead.
5. Your wedding day
On your wedding day, whether in Manchester, Cheshire or further afield, I am there with a complete understanding of every element. Holding everything calmly behind the scenes, managing the moving parts and quietly resolving anything that arises, so you can feel fully supported, completely at ease and free to enjoy every moment.
If you would like additional support along the way, further sessions can be added, allowing us to work together more closely throughout your planning.

Add additional 60-minute planning sessions, so you can get to know Nicole, gain invaluable support and advice, overcome the challenges that come with wedding planning, or even just have a moan to someone who gets it.
Supplier Sourcing
£120 per supplier
£300 for three suppliers
Use Nicole's experience, expertise and time to find the right suppliers for you. She will be their main point of contact, support you to share your requirement and ensure they are briefed on your wedding day.
Additional Venue Visit
£100 per visit (plus travel)
Nicole will come along to your venue for 90-minutes and do a full walk-through of your wedding day. You can feel confident Nicole has a deep understanding of your vision and the venue itself.
Multi-Day Wedding Support
from £350
Nicole can come along to support with the set-up of your wedding day, so you have an expert on hand to ensure everything is set-up correctly. Nicole can also support a rehearsal, welcome event or day two event event you are holding for your wedding guests.
Guest Management & RSVP
from £250
Nicole can support with managing your guests from building your RSVP template and sending invitations to guests, to tracking responses and supporting guest queries.
