A simple, supportive option for couples who have planned their wedding themselves and want to feel completely at ease on the day.
How It Works
Around 4–6 weeks before your wedding, we’ll meet to go through your plans in detail. This is where I get a full understanding of your timeline, suppliers and priorities.
From there, I’ll refine your timeline and ensure everything is ready for the day.
On your wedding day, whether in Manchester, Cheshire or farther afield I’ll be there behind the scenes, managing logistics, keeping everything on track, and making sure everything runs exactly as it should.
Is this the right package for you?
This package has been designed to be below the market average cost because I have a strong belief that every couple should have a dedicated independent wedding coordinator. Therefore, this package is designed with the bare minimum included, with the opportunity for all couples to have an exceptional coordinator on their wedding day.
Couples who choose this package will need to have done a brilliant job of planning their wedding day, and just want to enjoy the amazing day they have planned with a calm professional available there on the day.
If you’re looking for a wedding coordinator in Manchester, Cheshire or the UK to bring everything together on the day, I’d love to hear about your plans.

The Calm, Professional Presence Every Couple Needs on Their Wedding Day
Nicole came on board just one week before our wedding, and somehow managed to step into what could have been an incredibly stressful situation and turn it into the calmest, most seamless experience we could have hoped for. In such a short space of time, she arranged two detailed meetings with us so she could fully understand our vision for the day, how we wanted everything to look and feel, and any concerns we had. Despite the time pressure, she made us feel completely heard, supported and reassured from the very start.

Thank you, Nicole, for quite literally saving our wedding day and making it everything we dreamed it would be. xx

FAQs
1 / Do you handle the setup and breakdown of DIY decor?
As a wedding coordinator working in Manchester, Cheshire and across the UK, I will coordinate your design and décor team, whether that be florists, designers or your bridesmaids, and I will oversee the placement of personal touches like place cards, guest books, and photos to ensure they match your vision. We will work together to make sure the timings I am there on the day marry up to when you need me to be around.
2 / What happens if a vendor has an issue on the morning of the wedding?
That’s exactly why I’m there. From a harpist in Manchester running late to a missing buttonhole from your florist in Cheshire, I am the first point of contact for all vendors. My goal is to solve those "behind-the-scenes" hiccups before you or your partner even know they’ve happened. Although I won't be briefing your suppliers in advance, I will have messaged them all to say hello and to make sure they know to message me with any concerns. I will work with suppliers to find solutions, and will inform you of the decisions, and outcomes. I may require your input on the decision if it feels necessary.
3 / When do you officially "take over" the reins as on-the-day coordinator?
While this is a day-of service, "The Finishing Touch" typically begins 4–6 weeks before your wedding date. This gives us enough time to finalise timelines, review any crunch points and make sure we have a strong plan for the day.
4 / Can we message for advice beforehand?
As this package is designed to deliver the best possible service at the lowest possible cost, there is no ongoing discussion in advance of the call we have together. You are welcome to add in sessions where I will offer as much advice and support you need. If you are looking for a little more direction, building a stronger relationship with me in advance of your day and just generally having complete and utter trust that I know and have everything I need I would really recommend the Gentle Hand package.
5 / What is the payment structure?
For this package, I take a 50% deposit upon signature of the contract, then the final invoice will be due 2 weeks prior to the wedding day for the remaining 50%. If you add in any add-ons, they will be included, alongside travel costs, in the final invoice. I take bank transfers for payment.
