How it Works
1. Getting to know you
I begin by getting to know you both, your plans, your vision and where you are in your wedding planning journey so far. This is a space to talk things through openly, explore any challenges or uncertainties and begin shaping a clear direction, with thoughtful coaching to help you feel confident in the decisions ahead.
2. Defining your supplier vision
We focus on the key wedding suppliers who will bring your day to life. Together, we explore what you are looking for, what matters most to you and what each supplier needs to deliver. This allows us to build a clear and considered brief for each element, ensuring every decision is aligned with your vision and supports the overall feel of your day.
3. Supplier research
From there, I begin the research process, sourcing a carefully considered selection of trusted wedding suppliers. I gather detailed proposals and present you with a clear overview of each option, along with insight and guidance to support your decision making, so you feel informed, reassured and confident in your choices.
4. Supplier selection
Once you have chosen your suppliers, I support you through the final stages of the decision, reviewing contracts with you to ensure everything feels clear and exactly as you need it. Together, we refine the details, confirm expectations and shape the brief for each supplier. From there, I manage communication on your behalf, handling key questions, filtering information and overseeing the practical elements such as confirmations and invoices, so everything remains organised, aligned and moving forward as it should.
5. Venue walkthrough
I meet you at your venue to walk through the spaces together, considering how the day will flow and feel from beginning to end. Being there in person allows us to explore timings, transitions and the overall guest experience in more detail, with space to adjust, refine and enhance your plans so everything works seamlessly within the setting.
6. Shaping the details
As your plans develop, I continue to guide and support you through the finer details, ensuring every element feels aligned and thoughtfully considered. This is a space to work through any remaining questions or challenges, refining decisions with clarity and confidence.
Alongside this, I build a complete and considered understanding of your wedding as a whole. Every detail, from the key moments to the more personal touches, is carefully understood and brought together, so I am fully prepared to hold the day seamlessly when it arrives.
7. Final details & preparation
Closer to the wedding, I meet with you again to carefully bring everything together. Every detail is reviewed with intention, your timeline is thoughtfully prepared, your wedding suppliers are fully aligned and a detailed behind the scenes guide is created, so everything feels clear, organised and ready for the day ahead.
8. Your wedding day
On your wedding day, whether in Manchester, Cheshire or further afield, I am there as your wedding planner with a complete understanding of your plans. I quietly manage the logistics, coordinate your suppliers and hold everything together behind the scenes, so you can feel fully supported and free to enjoy every moment.
If you would like additional support along the way, further sessions can be added, allowing us to work together more closely throughout your planning.

£60 per session
Add additional 60-minute planning sessions, so you can get to know Nicole, gain invaluable support and advice, overcome the challenges that come with wedding planning, or even just have a moan to someone who gets it.
Supplier Sourcing
£120 per supplier
£300 for three suppliers
Use Nicole's experience, expertise and time to find the right suppliers for you. She will be their main point of contact, support you to share your requirement and ensure they are briefed on your wedding day.
Additional Venue Visit
£100 per visit (plus travel)
Nicole will come along to your venue for 90-minutes and do a full walk-through of your wedding day. You can feel confident Nicole has a deep understanding of your vision and the venue itself.
Multi-Day Wedding Support
from £350
Nicole can come along to support with the set-up of your wedding day, so you have an expert on hand to ensure everything is set-up correctly. Nicole can also support a rehearsal, welcome event or day two event event you are holding for your wedding guests.
Guest Management & RSVP
from £250
Nicole can support with managing your guests from building your RSVP template and sending invitations to guests, to tracking responses and supporting guest queries.
