From there, we begin exploring venues or marquee options that feel aligned with your vision. I bring carefully considered options to you, and together we look at what works, what feels right and what will allow your day to unfold in the way you imagine.
3. Shaping your vision
As your plans begin to take form, we work together to refine the overall look and feel of your wedding. Through mood boards and thoughtful conversations, we shape something that feels cohesive, considered and truly reflective of you.
4. Building the team
With a clear direction and vision in place, I source suppliers who align with your vision and priorities. I present you with considered options, and together we make decisions that feel right, ensuring every person involved understands what you are looking to create. We build a team of exceptional suppliers who will help create your dream wedding
5. Shaping the details
As your suppliers come into place, I take care of the communication, while keeping you involved and informed. We review contracts together, refine the details and ensure everything feels exactly as you want it to be. This is also where I support you through the moments that can feel more uncertain. Whether it is navigating decisions, working through challenges or simply sense checking what feels right, I provide calm, considered coaching so you can move forward with clarity and confidence.
6. Venue walkthrough
We meet at your venue and walk through the spaces together, allowing the day to take shape in a tangible way. This is where we gently refine how everything will flow and feel, making adjustments where needed and ensuring every part of the experience feels natural, considered and aligned with your vision.

Nicole can support with managing your guests from building your RSVP template and sending invitations to guests, to tracking responses and supporting guest queries.

Yes, absolutely. Many couples begin working with me once their venue is secured. In this case, Hand in Hand Luxe can be tailored to build on what you already have in place, with your proposal reflecting the level of support required.
If you have already booked several of your suppliers, I may recommend The Supportive Hand as a more suitable option, depending on how much support you are looking for.
3 / Do you offer wedding planning outside of Manchester and Cheshire?
Yes, while I am a wedding planner in Manchester and Cheshire, I work with couples across the UK. I regularly travel to support weddings further afield, bringing the same level of care, detail and calm oversight wherever your wedding is taking place.
4 / Will you manage our suppliers for us?
Yes, as part of Hand in Hand Luxe, I source and manage your wedding suppliers, handling communication and coordination throughout the planning process. You remain involved in all decisions, while I ensure everything is clearly organised, aligned and progressing as it should.
5 / Do we sign contracts and pay suppliers directly?
Yes, all contracts and payments are made directly by you. I support you throughout this process by reviewing contracts with you, answering questions and ensuring everything is clear and aligned before anything is confirmed.
6 / How does payment work?
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking for Hand in Hand Luxe, with the remaining balance due in the weeks leading up to your wedding. Full details will be provided as part of your personalised proposal.
7 / How involved do we need to be in the planning?
With Hand in Hand Luxe, you remain an important part of the planning process. While I guide you, manage the logistics and take care of the more time consuming elements, your input is key when it comes to decisions, from selecting suppliers to shaping the finer details such as your seating plan and overall guest experience.
My role is to support you through these decisions, offering guidance, clarity and reassurance, so you feel confident in every choice without feeling overwhelmed.
8 / What if we feel unsure or overwhelmed during the planning?
This is completely natural, and a key part of Hand in Hand Luxe is supporting you through these moments. I provide calm, considered guidance and coaching, helping you navigate decisions, overcome challenges and move forward with clarity and confidence.
9 / Will you be there on the wedding day?
Yes, I am there on your wedding day with a complete understanding of everything we have created together through Hand in Hand Luxe. I manage the logistics, coordinate your suppliers and ensure everything runs seamlessly, so you can be fully present and enjoy the day.
10 / Do you only plan marquee or tipi weddings?
No, I plan weddings across a wide range of venues as well as marquee and tipi settings.
I do, however, have extensive experience with marquee and tipi weddings, which often involve additional logistics and a greater number of suppliers. This means I am well placed to support these more complex celebrations, while always tailoring my approach to suit your plans and your setting.
