I get to know your priorities, review the details with an experienced eye and help you navigate the decisions that need a little more thought. I’ll flag anything that may have been overlooked and speak with your suppliers ahead of the wedding, so I arrive with a clear understanding of how everything should come together.

On the day, I take the lead behind the scenes, managing timings, suppliers, guests and any changes that arise. Because I already understand your plans and priorities, I can make confident decisions on your behalf while you stay completely present.

How we work together

Getting to know you

We start with you, your priorities and how you want your wedding to feel, giving me the context behind the plans and decisions you have made.

Support when you need it

For four months, I’m on hand through texts, emails and voice notes to offer advice, talk through decisions and flag anything that needs further thought.

Bringing everything together

We walk through your venue together, or meet on site with your marquee or tipi supplier. I review the final details and brief your suppliers ahead of the day.

Relax and enjoy your wedding

I take the lead on the day, managing the timings, suppliers, guests and anything unexpected, with a clear understanding of what matters most to you.

1 / What is the difference between The Gentle Hand and standard on the day coordination?
The Gentle Hand is a more involved and considered approach to on the day wedding coordination in Manchester and Cheshire. Rather than stepping in shortly before the wedding, we work together in the months leading up to your day, allowing me to fully understand your plans, your suppliers and every detail. This means I am able to take the lead with complete confidence, ensuring everything runs seamlessly without needing to rely on last minute direction.
2/ When do we start working together with a wedding coordinator?
We usually begin working together around three to four months before your wedding, with a series of meetings designed to build a complete understanding of your day. For couples planning weddings in Manchester, Cheshire or further afield who would value earlier support, additional sessions can be arranged.
3 / Do you offer wedding coordination outside of Manchester and Cheshire?
Yes, while I am a wedding coordinator in Manchester and Cheshire, I work with couples across the UK. I regularly travel to support weddings further afield, bringing the same level of care, detail and calm oversight wherever your wedding is taking place.
4 / Will you contact and brief my suppliers before our  wedding?
Yes, all of your suppliers will be personally briefed in advance of your wedding. Whether your wedding is in Manchester, Cheshire or elsewhere, this ensures everyone is aligned, understands the plan for the day and can work together seamlessly without needing to come to you with questions.
5 / What is the payment structure?
For this package, I take a 50% deposit upon signature of the contract, then the final invoice will be due 4 weeks prior to the wedding day for the remaining 50%. If you add in any add-ons, they will be included, alongside travel costs, in the final invoice. I take bank transfers for payment or PayPal. 
6 / Can you coordinate marquee, tipi and dry hire weddings?
Absolutely. Marquee and tipi weddings are some of the celebrations where having an independent wedding coordinator can make the biggest difference.
With no traditional venue team overseeing the day, there are often more suppliers, logistics and moving parts to bring together. I coordinate everything on site, from supplier arrivals and set up to timings, guest flow and the details behind the scenes, so the day feels relaxed, considered and exactly as you planned it.

7 /  Do I need this package if I have a venue coordinator?
Venue coordinators focus on the venue itself, including staffing, catering and operations. As your independent wedding coordinator in Manchester or Cheshire, I focus entirely on your wedding as a whole, ensuring every supplier, detail and moment comes together seamlessly.
