Sarah & Sean's Nunsmere Hall Wedding
Sarah and Sean celebrated their wedding at the beautiful Nunsmere Hall, surrounded by family and friends. In the months leading up to the wedding, we worked closely together to refine the timeline, identify priorities and ensure every detail had been carefully considered, allowing them to approach the day feeling confident and prepared.
However, on the morning of the wedding, the weather had other plans. As a storm rolled in just before the ceremony, Sarah faced the difficult decision to move her planned outdoor ceremony indoors. Knowing how important the original vision had been, I supported her through the decision and worked closely with the venue team to quickly prepare the indoor ceremony space. From ensuring the room was correctly set up to placing reservation signs and overseeing the final details, my focus was on creating a beautiful alternative that still felt special and personal.
Throughout the day, I coordinated a wide range of suppliers, including musicians, a nanny, illustrator, content creator, photographer and a surprise singing ice cream cart. By keeping everyone aligned and working to a clear timeline, Sarah and Sean were able to enjoy the day without worrying about what was happening behind the scenes.
As the celebrations continued, a number of unexpected challenges required quick thinking and calm problem solving. When timings began to slip and supplier plans changed, I adapted the schedule to keep the day flowing smoothly. Later in the evening, after Sarah's dress was accidentally damaged on the dance floor, I was able to quickly repair it, allowing her to return to celebrating without further worry.
Despite the storm and a handful of unexpected moments, the day remained joyful, relaxed and full of laughter. By managing the logistics, coordinating suppliers and handling problems as they arose, Sarah and Sean were able to focus on what mattered most: spending time with the people they love and enjoying a stress free wedding day at Nunsmere Hall.
What the couple said...
The best thing I did for my wedding was hire Nicole The Wedding Hand ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Where do I even begin? From the very first moment we spoke she was nothing but incredible. She’s kind, patient and so genuinely helpful. No question was ever too small, no detail too much trouble. She just got it.
But it was on the day itself Nicole truly shone. She was incredible, making sure everything ran smoothly, handling things quietly in the background before I even realised they needed handling. It felt like having another bridesmaid there, or honestly, a close friend who just happened to know exactly how to run a wedding like a total pro. She brought a lovely, calming energy to the day, and I am so grateful for her being there.
I genuinely can’t imagine how it would have gone without her. Thank you so much, Nicole, from the bottom of my heart. You were a dream. ❤️
