Brittany and Michael planned a relaxed wedding weekend at Camp Kátur, creating a celebration that reflected their personalities and allowed their family and friends to spend quality time together across several days.

As a hands on DIY wedding, many of the details were being created and organised by the couple themselves. While this allowed them to build a truly personal celebration, it also meant there were countless decisions to make, tasks to manage and deadlines to keep track of throughout the planning process.

Working together, we created clear plans, realistic timelines and practical systems to keep everything organised. Through regular planning sessions, I helped Brittany and Michael prioritise tasks, manage budgets, navigate challenges and make decisions with confidence, ensuring they always felt in control of their wedding plans without feeling overwhelmed by them.

When the wedding weekend arrived, my role shifted to supporting the couple, their families and the venue team behind the scenes. From helping coordinate set up and working alongside family members to liaising with staff and ensuring shared spaces remained organised throughout the weekend, my focus was on creating a relaxed and enjoyable experience for everyone involved.

The result was a fun, personal and stress free wedding weekend where Brittany and Michael could enjoy the celebration they had worked so hard to create, knowing there was support on hand whenever they needed it.
