Rob & Andrew's Salford Civic Hall & Ellesmere Golf Club Wedding
Rob and Andrew's wedding was a celebration filled with laughter, entertainment and unforgettable moments. After their ceremony at Salford Civic Hall, guests travelled to Ellesmere Golf Club in Walkden, where the couple had planned an incredible line up of entertainment to ensure everyone had a fantastic time.
Guest experience was at the heart of every decision. From a live quartet and drag queen to a Kylie Minogue tribute act and a performance from Angie Brown, the day was carefully designed to keep guests entertained from beginning to end.
In the months leading up to the wedding, we worked together to develop a clear plan, refine timings and ensure every detail had been considered. Through regular planning meetings, I helped Rob and Andrew navigate decisions, overcome challenges and feel confident that everything was coming together as planned.
On the wedding day, my role was to oversee logistics, coordinate suppliers and ensure guests were looked after throughout the celebration. From greeting guests and managing welcome drinks to coordinating catering, entertainment and timings, I acted as the main point of contact behind the scenes so the couple could focus entirely on enjoying their wedding.
With multiple performers and suppliers involved throughout the day and evening, careful coordination was essential. By maintaining constant communication with each act and ensuring everyone knew where they needed to be and when, the day flowed seamlessly from one moment to the next.
The result was a joyful, energetic and stress free wedding day where Rob and Andrew could relax, celebrate with their loved ones and enjoy every moment of the incredible celebration they had worked so hard to create.

Nicole was amazing from booking to the day of our wedding.
With planning the wedding, things got complex and stressful and it was clear we needed extra help. Nicole was a great asset to have.
I put my details out and Nicole got in contacted with me. She chatted through what we was needing from a wedding coordinator.
She gave a direct quote that was very reasonable and detailed what was included.
Running up to the wedding Nicole booked in regular meeting to chat through how things were going. How we was doing and making sure we were not overwhelmed.
We met at the venue and I was able to talk through what needed to happen. when we were stuck with ideas she was able to offer great suggestions. She took detailed notes, typed them up and double checked she had everything detailed correctly.
On the day of our wedding Nicole turned up when she said she would and she took full control of everything. This allowed us to enjoy the day.
Nicole had everything ready for when we turned up. She Greeted our guest with welcome drinks and directed them. She made sure food was put out at agreed times and made sure things were kept tidy.
We had a lot of entertainment booked through out the day and evening. Nicole made sure she stayed in constant contact with them throughout the day. She made sure they were well looked after and made sure they knew when and where they needed to be.
