Jordan and Tom's wedding was a carefully planned celebration that brought together family and friends from across the UK and the United States. With more than 70 guests travelling from America and two venues to coordinate, the day required detailed planning, precise timings and seamless wedding coordination from start to finish.
The celebrations began at Crewe Hall, where I supported the final preparations for the ceremony, coordinated a rehearsal with the wedding party and managed a number of last minute details, including printing updated vows on the morning of the wedding. As guests arrived, everything was in place for a relaxed and joyful ceremony.
Following the ceremony, a sudden rain shower meant plans needed to adapt quickly. Working closely with the venue team, I coordinated a smooth transition indoors, ensuring guests remained comfortable while the atmosphere and flow of the day were maintained.
Once the drinks reception came to a close, my focus shifted to the next stage of the celebration. Guests were transported to Congleton Town Hall, where I coordinated supplier arrivals, venue setup and the many moving parts required to bring Jordan and Tom's vision to life.
Timing was particularly important throughout the day. From the live string quartet and surprise game show to a smoke filled entrance and two choreographed first dances, every moment had been carefully planned. My role was to manage the timeline, coordinate suppliers and oversee logistics behind the scenes, ensuring each element happened exactly as intended.
The result was a wedding that felt effortless for Jordan and Tom, allowing them to be fully present with their guests while every detail was taken care of. A celebration filled with laughter, entertainment and unforgettable moments, delivered with the precision and care that mattered so much to the couple.

Nicole is the person that made everything happen when and how we wanted it, and she is single-handedly responsible for letting us enjoy our wedding day completely stress free. Thanks to her, we were able to soak in every moment. I felt as though I was being gently ushered through my day, with all the right professionals in the right place at the right time with the right guidance. I didn’t have to waste a cent of mental energy worrying who, what, when, and where. We had several sessions to talk through our plans and Nicole was quick to pickup on any pinch points. She helped talk us through options if things ran over, giving us choices of how to shuffle things. She helped us prioritize what mattered most to us and made sure they happened seamlessly.
Throughout the day, she would come check in with me, but she operated mostly in the background, where I could see her flitting about, working with everyone on my behalf. She quickly identified I was missing one of my wedding ceremony readings and had it printed for me that morning. She also helped coordinate among several vendors (DJ, band, town hall and a game show company) to make sure the audio/visual requirements and logistics were sorted well in advance. She thought through all the issues that we could not foresee and had a contingency plan for every scenario. She has a wonderful eye for seeing the big picture and turning our vision into a reality.
