Hannah and James chose Hidden Barn at 94 in Knutsford for their relaxed and joyful barn wedding, surrounded by family and friends. With thoughtful tributes to Hannah's late grandfather woven throughout the day, the celebration felt both meaningful and personal.
Having booked wedding coordination just a week before their wedding, we quickly arranged detailed planning calls, allowing me to step in with a clear understanding of their plans, priorities and vision for the day.
Behind the scenes, the day required calm problem solving and careful coordination. When the venue's heating unexpectedly failed, I worked quickly to keep guests comfortable and the day running smoothly. Later, when the band was delayed, I managed the music and coordinated a seamless transition into the evening celebrations, ensuring the atmosphere never dropped.
My role throughout the day was to manage suppliers, oversee timings and handle any challenges as they arose, allowing Hannah and James and their families to relax and enjoy a stress free wedding day. The result was a beautiful celebration filled with laughter, dancing and memorable moments with the people who mattered most.

What truly sets Nicole apart is her presence. She is such a calming, steady influence. She made everyone feel comfortable and at ease. Not just us as the bride and groom, but our families and bridal party too. Knowing she was there meant we didn’t have to worry about a single thing.
A very special mention has to go to her quick thinking when the venue heating broke on our (freezing!) January 3rd wedding day. It was so, so cold and without hesitation, Nicole went out and bought heaters to make sure our guests were comfortable. It was such an above-and-beyond moment, and a perfect example of her dedication, resourcefulness, and commitment to making sure everything was perfect.
