Lucy and Mani chose Mawdsley Village Hall for a vibrant and joyful celebration that brought together family, friends and traditions that were important to them. Their vision was a relaxed and memorable wedding where guests could enjoy great food, entertainment and plenty of time together.

In the lead up to the wedding, I worked closely with Lucy and Mani to refine plans, coordinate suppliers and ensure every detail had been carefully considered. By the wedding day, they could focus entirely on celebrating, knowing everything else was being managed behind the scenes.

One of the key challenges on the day involved coordinating catering service. The caterers were not accustomed to serving a wedding of this size, which meant careful management of timings and guest flow was essential. Working closely with the catering team and MC, I adapted the schedule throughout the day, staggered service where needed and introduced entertainment at key moments to keep guests comfortable, engaged and enjoying the celebrations.

Throughout the day, I coordinated multiple suppliers, managed logistics and ensured everything continued to run smoothly. Later in the evening, I also oversaw outfit changes and preparations for the evening celebrations, allowing Lucy and Mani to transition seamlessly into the next part of their wedding day.

The result was a fun, relaxed and unforgettable celebration where guests felt looked after and Lucy and Mani were able to enjoy a completely stress free wedding day surrounded by the people they love most.
